Our Story
DirectNIL was founded in 2026 with a simple idea: high school and college athletes deserve a social platform that works for them and everyone in their corner. With the NCAA's landmark NIL ruling, millions of student-athletes gained the right to profit from their name, image, and likeness. But navigating this new landscape was complicated, risky, and expensive without the right tools.
We built DirectNIL to solve that. Our platform gives athletes a professional profile, AI-powered pricing insights, compliance-checked contracts, and secure charge-on-completion payments — all in one place. Brands get direct access to authentic athletes who align with their values, with optional agent and agency support.
We charge a 5-20% tiered platform fee on completed deals, so athletes keep more of what they earn and brands get more value for their investment.
